String bean salad with grilled peppers

225gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 300 grams of string beans |
| 8 leaves of baslicum |
| approx. 1 tablespoon of vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon of oil |
| piece of onion |
| 100 grams of grilled paprika (cooling without salt) |
Preparation
1. Clean the string beans and cut them into lozenges. Cook the string beans in a little water just until tender.
2. Chop the piece of onion very finely.
3. Make a dressing from the vinegar with the onion, oil, 1 tablespoon of water and pepper and stir into the still-warm string beans.
4. Let the vegetables cool down.
5. Chop the pepper and tear the basil leaves. Mix this into the beans.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with a vegetarian schnitzel and mashed potatoes.
