Oriental string beans

250gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
½ bunch of coriander |
1 clove of garlic |
1 tablespoon of lemon juice |
pinch of cinnamon |
400 grams of string beans |
1 onion |
1 tablespoon of oil |
Preparation
1. Clean the string beans and cut them into slices.
2. Clean and chop the onion. Fry the onion in the oil until translucent.
3. Crush the garlic clove.
4. Add the string beans with a few spoonfuls of water and the cinnamon and stew them for 10 minutes until tender.
5. Wash the coriander and chop the spice small. Stir the coriander and some lemon juice into the vegetables off the heat.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with chilli beans and potatoes.
