Ingredients
1 cucumber |
250 g canned salmon in oil (approx. 215 g can is also fine) |
1 pepper |
1 red onion |
1 lemon |
pepper |
Preparation
- Wash the cucumber and cut into approximately 3 cm pieces. Lightly hollow out the middle part of the cucumber pieces.
- Finely chop the pepper and red onion and mix in a bowl, along with the loosened canned salmon.
- Season with freshly ground pepper and the juice of the lemon.
- Then fill the cucumber slices with the salmon mixture.
