Surinamese pak choi

280gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 tbsp ketjap manis |
1 tbsp oil |
1 small onion |
1 pak choi |
1 garlic clove |
1 red pepper |
150g nasi meat (unseasoned) |
Preparation
1. Clean the vegetables.
2. Slice the onion and garlic into shreds and the pak choi into strips.
3. Remove seeds and seeds from the pepper and cut into rings.
4. Heat the oil and brown the nasi meat in it.
5. Add the onion, garlic and pepper and fry briefly.
6. Add the pak choi and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with some soy sauce.
Serving suggestion: Serve with brown rice.
