Stir-fried meat with pak choi

Stir-fried meat with pak choi
With seasonal products

350gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

2 tbsp oil
lime or lemon juice
1 pak choi
2 (red) onions
150g ham steak
1 tbsp soy sauce manis
piece of ginger root (size of 1 inch)
1/2 chilli

Preparation

1. Peel and coarsely grate the piece of ginger.
2. Cut the chilli into narrow rings.
3. Clean the onions and pak choi.
4. Cut the onions into shreds and the pak choi into strips.
5. Cut the meat into narrow strips.
6. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the meat in it until brown.
7. Fry the onion, pepper and ginger with it.
8. Add the pak choi and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender.
9. Season to taste with the soy sauce and a little lime or lemon juice.

Menu suggestion: Delicious with whole-wheat noodles.
