Sweet Brussels sprouts with chicken and potatoes

200gr vegetables p.p. & 35gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
200 grams of chicken skin fillet |
2 tablespoons of liquid margarine |
400 grams of Brussels sprouts |
1 small apple |
2 tablespoons of sultanas |
500 grams of potatoes |
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and boil them in little water until tender.
2. Cut the chicken meat into strips and sprinkle with pepper.
3. Fry the chicken in 1½ tablespoons of margarine for 10 minutes until tender and brown.
4. Clean the sprouts.
5. Wash the sultanas.
6. Cook the Brussels sprouts in a little water for about 8 minutes.
7. Cook the sultanas with them for the last few minutes.
8. Peel and dice the apple.
9. Briefly fry the diced apples in the remaining margarine.
Drain the Brussels sprouts and mix in the diced apple and chicken. Add the potatoes.
Serving suggestion: Delicious with sultanas and apple.
