Sweet Brussels sprouts with chicken and potatoes

200gr vegetables p.p. & 35gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 200 grams | chicken disc fillet |
| 2 tablespoons | liquid margarine |
| 400 g | sprouts |
| 1 | small apple |
| 2 tablespoons | sultanas |
| 500 grams | potatoes |
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes and boil them in little water until tender.
- Cut the chicken meat into strips and sprinkle with pepper.
- Fry the chicken in 1½ tablespoons of margarine for 10 minutes until tender and brown.
- Clean the Brussels sprouts.
- Wash the sultanas.
- Cook the Brussels sprouts in a little water for about 8 minutes.
- Add the sultanas for the last few minutes.
- Peel and dice the apple.
- Briefly fry the diced apple in the remaining margarine.
- Drain the Brussels sprouts and mix in the diced apple and chicken. Add the potatoes.
Serving suggestion: Delicious with sultanas and apple.
