Tomato salad

Tomato salad

240gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

½ tablespoon lemon juice
8 basil leaves
5 seedless olives
5 tomatoes
1 tablespoon (olive) oil

Preparation

1. Wash the basil and cut the leaves into narrow strips.
2. Make a dressing from the lemon juice, half a tablespoon of water, the oil, basil and some pepper.
3. Wash the tomatoes and cut into wedges.
4. Spoon in the dressing.
5. Slice the olives.
6. Mix the olives into the tomatoes.

Menu suggestion: Delicious with cubes of fried tofu and potato.
