Wraps with grilled cucumber ribbons

Ingredients

2 persons

1 cucumber
pepper
100 g roast beef
4 whole-wheat wraps
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

1. Preheat the grill or grill pan until well heated.
2. In the meantime, wash the cucumber and shave long ribbons with a cheese slicer, peeler or slicer. Pat the ribbons dry with kitchen paper and drizzle them lightly with olive oil. Place the cucumber ribbons under the hot grill or in the grill pan and grill the ribbons very quickly until brown (1-2 minutes).
3. Heat the wraps as indicated on the packet.
4. Spread the wraps thinly with mustard and top with roast beef and the cucumber ribbons. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper to taste. Enjoy your meal!
