Alsatian sauerkraut with chicken and grapes

180gr vegetables p.p. & 65gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
200 g boneless chicken thigh meat |
300 g sauerkraut |
125 g white seedless grapes |
1 small onion |
1/2 tablespoon coarse mustard |
1/2 teaspoon clove powder |
1/2 teaspoon bay powder or 1 bay leaf |
1 tablespoon liquid margarine (unsalted) |
1/2 dl stock with less salt |

Preparation
1. Cut the chicken into strips or cubes.
2. Heat the margarine in a frying pan and stir-fry the chicken until brown all around.
3. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
4. Stir the mustard, cloves, bay leaf powder and freshly ground pepper into the chicken in the pan. Place the onion rings on top of the chicken. Top with the sauerkraut and white grapes. Add the stock and simmer for about 60 minutes. If necessary, season with some freshly ground pepper.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with mashed potatoes.
