Arabian green beans

440gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
4 ripe tomatoes |
1 slice of lemon |
1 tablespoon of olive oil |
1 onion |
coriander |
2 cloves of garlic |
1 bay leaf |
400 grams of green beans |
Preparation
1. Clean the vegetables.
2. Shred the onion and garlic, break the green beans once and cut the tomatoes into wedges.
3. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil.
4. Add the tomatoes, bay leaf, lemon slice and generous pepper. Braise the tomatoes to a sauce in 15 minutes.
5. Add the green beans and stew them in the sauce for about 10 minutes until tender. Remove the bay leaf and sprinkle with small chopped coriander.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with egg and brown rice.
