Avocado toast

95gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
½ avocado |
1 tomato |
½ garlic clove |
pepper |
4 wholemeal slices of bread |
2 slices 30+ (cumin) cheese |
Preparation
Super simple and super tasty: a sandwich with avocado, tomato and cheese.
1.Remove the flesh of the avocado from the skin. Roughly mash the avocado and put it in a bowl.
2. Cut the tomato into small cubes and mix into the avocado.
3. Squeeze the garlic on top. Add pepper to taste and mix well.
4. Top two slices of bread with a slice of cheese and spread the avocado mixture on top.
5. Place the other slice of bread on top.
6. Fry the sandwiches light brown in a contact grill or frying pan. Cut them once.
