Brown bean dish with spicy white cabbage

300gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 thin leek
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of oil
250 grams of sliced white cabbage
goulash or hachea seasoning without salt
1 large can or pot of brown beans
1 can of diced tomatoes without salt (250 grams)

Preparation

A delicious dish for winter days. This brown bean dish in tomato sauce can be put on the table in no time. The white cabbage gives it a nice spicy bite.

  1. Clean the vegetables.
  2. Cut the leeks into rings and the garlic into shreds.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the leeks and white cabbage with some gulash or hachea spices and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender.
  5. Drain and rinse the brown beans.
  6. Put the beans with the diced tomatoes in a pan and heat well.
  7. Serve with the vegetables.
