Brown bean dish with spicy white cabbage

300gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 thin leek |
1 clove of garlic |
2 tablespoons of oil |
250 grams of sliced white cabbage |
goulash or hachea seasoning without salt |
1 large can or pot of brown beans |
1 can of diced tomatoes without salt (250 grams) |
Preparation
A delicious dish for winter days. This brown bean dish in tomato sauce can be put on the table in no time. The white cabbage gives it a nice spicy bite.
- Clean the vegetables.
- Cut the leeks into rings and the garlic into shreds.
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the garlic until translucent.
- Add the leeks and white cabbage with some gulash or hachea spices and stir-fry for a few minutes until tender.
- Drain and rinse the brown beans.
- Put the beans with the diced tomatoes in a pan and heat well.
- Serve with the vegetables.
