Brussels sprouts ketropak

230gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 400g sprouts |
| 1 small onion |
| ½ tablespoon oil |
| 1 clove garlic |
| 2 slices bacon |
| 1 teaspoon sambal |
Preparation
1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook them for about 8-10 minutes just until tender.
2. Cut the bacon into strips.
3. Clean the onion and garlic and cut it small.
4. Brown the bacon in the oil.
5. Briefly stir-fry the onion and garlic.
6. Add the drained sprouts and the sambal and stir-fry briefly.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with an omelette and curry rice.
