Cabbage salad with yoghurt dressing

Cabbage salad with yoghurt dressing
With seasonal products

250gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 clove garlic
5 tablespoons semi-skimmed yoghurt
½ tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
½ white or green cabbage (approx. 500g)

Preparation

1. Crush the cumin seeds in a mortar or bowl.
2. Squeeze the clove of garlic and stir in the cumin seeds, oil and yoghurt.
3. Clean the cabbage and shave it into very thin strands.
4. Mix in the dressing and add some pepper if necessary. Leave the dressing in a cool place for at least an hour.

Menu suggestion: Delicious with fried chicken breast and potatoes.
