White cabbage salad

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 teaspoon caraway seeds (caraway) |
lemon juice |
1 tablespoon semi-skimmed yoghurt |
2 tablespoons sultanas |
400g white cabbage |
1 tablespoon salad sauce (25% oil) |
Preparation
1. Wash and soak the sultanas.
2. Clean and finely shave the cabbage.
3. Make a dressing from the salad sauce, yoghurt, caraway seeds and some lemon juice.
4. Mix the dressing into the white cabbage.
5. Spoon in the sultanas. Add some more lemon juice if necessary.
6. If necessary, leave the cabbage salad covered in a cool place for a few hours to soften.
