Savoy cabbage salad with orange sauce

200gr vegetables p.p. & 35gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 tbsp semi-skimmed yoghurt |
2 spring onions |
piece of savoy cabbage (approx. 400g) |
vinegar |
1 orange |
1 tbsp salad sauce (25% oil) |
Preparation
1. Scrub the orange well and grate some of the zest.
2. Squeeze out 1 half of the orange.
3. Make a sauce from the orange juice, yoghurt, salad dressing, some grated orange zest and pepper.
4. Peel the other half of the orange and cut the flesh into pieces.
5. Clean and finely slice or shave the piece of cabbage.
6. Clean and slice the spring onions into rings.
7. Mix everything together. Season with some more lemon juice or vinegar if necessary.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with lentils and potatoes.
