Chicory salad with orange

Chicory salad with orange

160gr vegetables p.p. & 65gr fruit p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 tablespoon lettuce sauce (25% oil)
1 orange
1 tablespoon yoghurt
½ teaspoon mustard
3-4 stalks of chicory

Preparation

1. Peel the oranges thickly. Slice the oranges and cut the slices into pieces. Collect the juice.
2. Make a dressing from the orange juice, mustard and salad dressing and yoghurt.
3. Wash the chicory bushes and cut a piece off the bottom. Cut the bushes into narrow strips. Immediately mix in the dressing against discolouring.
4. Mix the orange pieces into the chicory.
