Chicory salad with sardines

250gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
6 spikes of chives |
lemon juice |
1 can of sardines |
1 teaspoon of mustard |
500 grams of chicory |
1 egg |
Preparation
1. Boil the egg hard for 10 minutes and let it cool.
2. Drain the sardines and remove the bone.
3. Chop the egg, 1 sardine, some lemon juice and the mustard into a thick sauce. Flavour the sauce with pepper.
4. Cut the remaining sardines into pieces.
5. Wash the chives and cut the sprigs small.
6. Clean the chicory and cut it into strips. Mix in the sauce and the sardine pieces.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with mashed potatoes.
