Chicory salad with sesame dressing

185gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| knife tip sugar |
| 2 teaspoons sesame seeds |
| 3 stalks of chicory |
| 100 grams frozen green peas |
| 1 tablespoon sesame oil |
| lemon juice |
Preparation
1. Heat the sesame oil and fry the sesame seeds in it until golden brown.
2. Add the frozen peas and cook for a few minutes.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of water, some lemon juice and a pinch of sugar.
4. Clean and cut the chicory into narrow strips and mix in the peas with sesame.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with an unbreaded pork schnitzel and potatoes.
