400gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 piece of gingerroot
700g Chinese cabbage
1 tablespoon soy sauce manis
1 tablespoon oil
1 (red) onion

Preparation

Clean the vegetables. Slice the onion into shreds and the cabbage into strips.
2. Peel the piece of ginger root.
3. Fry the onion in the oil until glazy. Grate the ginger root over the pan.
4. Stir-fry the Chinese cabbage for a few minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce and warm thoroughly.

Menu suggestion: Delicious with chicken thigh and mashed potatoes.
