Corn salad with crispy bacon strips

210gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
10 vine tomatoes |
1 spring onion |
1 tablespoon oil |
2 slices of bacon |
1 bag of corn salad (75g) |
1-2 tablespoons vinegar |
oregano |
½ courgette |
Preparation
1. Cut the ham slices lengthwise into thin strips. Slowly fry the bacon in a dry frying pan until crispy.
2. Clean the vegetables.
3. Drain the lamb's lettuce well.
4. Cut the courgette into thin half slices and the spring onion into rings.
5. Heat the oil and stir-fry the courgette and spring onion in it for a few minutes.
6. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in oregano and vinegar.
7. Let the vegetables cool down.
8. Cut the washed tomatoes once.
9. Mix everything together and season the salad with some pepper and garnish with the strips of bacon.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with a ham steak and potatoes.
