1 sachet vanilla sugar |
Preparation
This fresh tangerine dessert has a surprising twist thanks to the cottage cheese and vanilla. On the table within 10 minutes and super tasty!
- Wash 1 tangerine and cut off a piece of its peel. Cut the piece of peel into strips. Squeeze this tangerine.
- Peel the other tangerines and cut them into slices. Cut the slices in half.
- Mix the vanilla sugar and tangerine juice with the cottage cheese.
- Divide the cottage cheese between 2 plates and top with the tangerine slices.
- Garnish with strips of zest.
