Hilde's garden peas

305gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 1 tablespoon liquid margarine |
| 400g peas (frozen) |
| pinch of thyme |
| 150g diced tomatoes without salt |
| 1 small onion |
| 4 eggs |
Preparation
1. Clean and chop the onion small.
2. Fry the onion softly in the margarine.
3. Boil the eggs hard for 9 minutes.
4. Add the peas to the onion and stew them for a few minutes. Mix the tomatoes into the peas.
5. Season the vegetables with some pepper and some thyme.
6. Peel and halve the eggs.
7. Place the half eggs in the vegetable dish.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with mashed potatoes.
