215gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
savory |
1 shallot |
1 tablespoon (olive) oil |
1 kg fresh peas or 400 grams frozen peas |
1-2 tablespoons vinegar |
Preparation
1. Shell the peas and boil them in little water for 5-10 minutes until tender.
2. Clean the shallot and chop it small.
3. Gently fry the shallot and savory in the oil.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and add 1 tablespoon of water, vinegar and some pepper. Mix this into the peas and leave to cool.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with pine nuts, some pesto and potatoes.
