Peas with ginger

220gr vegetables p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

1 scoop of ginger in syrup
½ tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon ginger syrup
400g peas (fresh or frozen)
1 spring onion

Preparation

1. Cut the ginger very finely.
2. Clean the spring onion and cut it into narrow rings.
3. Fry the onion in the oil until soft.
4. Fry the ginger briefly with it.
5. Add the peas with the ginger syrup and a few spoonfuls of water. Braise the peas for a few minutes until tender.

Menu suggestion: Delicious with an omelette and potatoes.
