Nectarine packets

115gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 nectarines |
6 mint leaves |
1/2 vanilla pod |
1/2 press orange |
Preparation
These packets with nectarine are perfect as a summer dessert. They are easy to make, packed with fruit (115 grams pp!) and super tasty!
- Wash the nectarines, halve them and remove the stone.
- Wash the mint and cut the leaves into strips.
- Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- Squeeze out half the orange.
- Place 2 half nectarines each on a piece of aluminium foil and fill the cavities with the mint. Place the other half on top.
- Place half a vanilla pod on top and drizzle some orange juice on top.
- Fold the aluminium foil tightly. Let the nectarine soften in the foil in a pan with a little water for 10 minutes.
- Place the papillotes on plates and fold open.
