Oriental beets

300gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
600g cooked beets |
knife point chilli |
1 scoop of ginger |
knife point ginger powder |
1 press orange |
Preparation
1. Scrub the skin off the beets and grate them coarsely.
2. Squeeze the orange.
3. Heat the orange juice with the ginger powder.
4. Add the beets and warm them in this. Finely chop the chopped ginger.
5. Season the vegetables with the ginger and some chilli powder.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with strips of turkey breast and potatoes.
