Pink frozen yoghurt bars

62gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
300 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt |
100 g raspberries |
100 g sliced strawberries |
50 g blueberries |
7 tbsp coarse oat flakes |
1 tbsp coconut rind |
Preparation
1. Keep a tablespoon of the oat flakes aside. Mix the rest of the oat flakes and half the fruit with the semi-skimmed yoghurt.
2. Place a piece of baking paper on a baking tray and pour the yoghurt mixture onto this and spread it into a slice.
3. Sprinkle the remaining oat flakes and coconut rind on top and spread the rest of the fruit over the yoghurt mixture.
4. Put the frozen yoghurt bars in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
5. Cut into bars or break into chunks!
