Preparation
Surprise your guests with these delicious appetisers with grilled peppers, gherkin and spring onion.
- Drain the peppers and cut each pepper into 4 pieces.
- Wash the spring onion and cut it lengthwise into 8 strips.
- Cut each gherkin into quarters.
- Place a strip of spring onion and a piece of gherkin on each piece of pepper.
- Carefully roll up the peppers and secure with a cocktail stick.
