Spicy carrots

250gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 dried chilli |
500g (winter) carrots |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 clove garlic |
Preparation
1. Clean and slice the carrots.
2. Clean the garlic and cut the clove small.
3. Heat the oil and fry the garlic until soft. Crumble the chilli on top.
4. Add the carrots with some water and stew them for about 6 minutes.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with fried chicken breast and potatoes.
