Stuffed avocado patty with tomato-cucumber salsa

Ingredients
2 ripe baby avocados or 1 large ripe avocado (assume 1/2 baby avocado or 1/4 large avocado per serving) |
1 tomato in small cubes |
1 small red onion chopped |
1 clove of garlic pressed |
1/2 lime the juice |
1/4 cucumber in small cubes |
5 g fresh coriander chopped finely |
black pepper to taste |
Preparation
1. Place the cucumber, tomato, red onion, lime juice, garlic and coriander in a bowl and stir well. Season with black pepper.
2. Halve the baby avocados or cut the large avocado into quarters and remove the stone.
3. Put the tomato-cucumber salsa in the cavity and on top of the avocado and serve!
