Summer smoothie with soft fruits

Summer smoothie with soft fruits

250gr fruit p.p.

Ingredients

2 persons

100 g redcurrant
100 g blueberry
100 g raspberries
200 g strawberry
100 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt
150 ml water
2 redcurrant bunches

Preparation

  1. Wash all the fruit thoroughly.
  2. Cut the crowns off the strawberries and cut into pieces.
  3. Add the strawberries to the blender.
  4. Add the yoghurt and water.
  5. Then add all the fruit.
  6. Blend all ingredients into a smooth smoothie (do this on high speed).
  7. Divide between 2 glasses.
  8. Garnish with a bunch of redcurrant.

Tip: Is the fruit not in season? Then opt for the frozen variety. Just as healthy! Would you like an extra cold smoothie? Use tap water from the fridge. In summer, put a bottle of tap water in the fridge as standard.
