Summer smoothie with soft fruits

250gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
100 g redcurrant |
100 g blueberry |
100 g raspberries |
200 g strawberry |
100 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt |
150 ml water |
2 redcurrant bunches |
Preparation
- Wash all the fruit thoroughly.
- Cut the crowns off the strawberries and cut into pieces.
- Add the strawberries to the blender.
- Add the yoghurt and water.
- Then add all the fruit.
- Blend all ingredients into a smooth smoothie (do this on high speed).
- Divide between 2 glasses.
- Garnish with a bunch of redcurrant.
Tip: Is the fruit not in season? Then opt for the frozen variety. Just as healthy! Would you like an extra cold smoothie? Use tap water from the fridge. In summer, put a bottle of tap water in the fridge as standard.
