Pineapple-spinach smoothie with fresh mint

27gr vegetables p.p. & 85gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
6 ice cubes |
1 banana sliced |
1 lime juice |
250 ml unsweetened almond milk |
250 ml water |
200 g pineapple (frozen or fresh) |
100 g spinach |
10 g fresh mint |
2 cm ginger peeled and grated |
Preparation
1. Put the banana in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours. You can also do this the night before.
2. Blend the almond milk, water, spinach and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Keep a few pieces of pineapple and mint aside as a topping for the smoothie.
3. Now add the rest of the mint, lime juice, ginger, spinach and pineapple cubes and blend until smooth.
4. Divide the smoothie between 4 glasses and top with the mint and pineapple pieces.
