Pineapple-spinach smoothie with fresh mint

27gr vegetables p.p. & 85gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
| 6 | ice cubes |
| 1 | sliced banana |
| 1 | lime juice |
| 250 ml | unsweetened almond milk |
| 250 ml | water |
| 200 grams | pineapple (frozen or fresh) |
| 100 g | spinach |
| 10 g | fresh mint |
| 2 cm | ginger peeled and grated |
Preparation
- Put the banana in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours. You can also do this the night before.
- Blend the almond milk, water, spinach and ice cubes in a blender until smooth. Keep a few pieces of pineapple and mint aside as a topping for the smoothie.
- Now add the rest of the mint, lime juice, ginger, spinach and pineapple cubes and blend until smooth.
- Divide the smoothie between 4 glasses and top with the mint and pineapple pieces.
