Sweet and sour winter salad

320gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 tablespoon kejap manis |
1 spring onion |
½ teaspoon five-spice powder |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 tablespoon oil |
200 grams of white cabbage |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 small winter carrot |
4 stalks of celery |
Preparation
1. Clean the vegetables. Cut the cabbage into narrow strips, the celery into bows, the carrot into sticks and the spring onion into rings.
2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the vegetables in it for 4 minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and five-spice powder.
4. Let the vegetables cool and season with pepper.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with a pork fillet steak and mashed potatoes.
