Sweet breakfast muffins with banana, kiwi and grapes

Ingredients
50g sultanas |
200g oatmeal |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 ripe bananas |
2 eggs |
250ml semi-skimmed milk |
250g blue grapes |
2 kiwis |
200ml semi-skimmed yoghurt |
muffin pan |
10 paper cake tins |
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
- Wash the sultanas and pat them dry.
- Mix the oatmeal with the cinnamon and baking powder.
- Peel and mash the bananas.
- Whisk the eggs and milk into the bananas until smooth. Whisk this into the oatmeal.
- Divide the batter among the cake pans and place them in the muffin tin.
- Bake the muffins in the middle of the hot oven for about 25 minutes.
- Clean the fruit. Halve the grapes and cut the kiwis into half slices.
- Let the muffins cool and serve with a scoop of yoghurt and fresh fruit.
