Tzatziki dip

60gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 1 clove garlic |
| 100 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt |
| 2 teaspoons lemon juice |
| ½ tablespoon olive oil |
| ½ cucumber |
| dill or ground cumin |
| 1 whole-wheat bread roll |
Preparation
Make your own tzatziki! This homemade tzatziki is finger-licking good and also healthy and easy to make.
1.Peel the garlic and squeeze the clove over a bowl.
2. Add the yoghurt, lemon juice, oil and pepper.
3. Wash the cucumber and finely shave or grate it over the yoghurt mixture. Leave this in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
4. Flavour the mixture with dill or cumin and some pepper, if necessary.
5. Slice the pistolette and serve with it.
Tip: Delicious as a sauce with fried tofu, meat or chicken.
