Vegetable packets

275gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
100g carrots |
1 tablespoon soy sauce manis |
100g mangetout |
250g green beans or broccoli |
100g peas (fresh or frozen) |
Preparation
1. Wash the vegetables under running water.
2. Cut the carrots into pieces.
3. Divide the broccoli into florets and the stems into pieces.
4. From double sheets of baking paper, cut 4 large circles over squares.
5. Divide the vegetables between one half of the circles of baking paper.
6. Dilute the soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of water and drizzle over the vegetables. Fold the packets closed and seal the seams well.
7. Cook the vegetable packets on the barbecue for 20 minutes in a place that is not too hot.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with white fish and wholemeal baguette.
