Ingredients
1 person
1 small ripe banana |
30 g oatmeal flakes |
150 ml low-fat yoghurt |
50 ml buttermilk |
8-10 large leaves of fresh mint finely chopped |
10 g cacao nibs (nut stall or health food shop) |
Preparation
When Joke Boon came up with this tasty, fresh breakfast, she was surprised it didn't already exist! Those who love the mint-chocolate combination (who doesn't) will find this a very nice start to the day, also because you fish it out of the fridge in no time.
Make it the night before.
- Mash the banana completely. Mix the banana with the oatmeal, yoghurt, buttermilk, chopped mint and cacao nibs. Stir everything together well.
- Put in a glass jar or bowl and put in the fridge until the next morning.
Enjoy!
