Ingredients
2 persons
| 1 teaspoon | sambal |
| 2 tablespoons | oil |
| ½ teaspoon | loas or ginger powder |
| 1 tablespoon | soy sauce manis |
| 1 clove | garlic |
| 200 grams | chicken livers |
| 1 | onion |
| 400 g | green beans |
| 2 dl | chicken stock with less salt |
Preparation
- Clean and break the green beans once.
- Clean and finely chop the onion.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the onion glazed.
- Crush the garlic clove.
- Briefly fry the sambal and laos.
- Add the green beans with the stock and stew for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Cut the chicken livers into pieces.
- Fry the chicken livers in the remaining oil for 5 minutes until brown and cooked.
- Mix the chicken livers with the French beans and season with a little soy sauce.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with whole-wheat noodles.
