Ajam ati beans

250gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 teaspoon sambal |
2 tablespoons oil |
½ teaspoon laos or ginger powder |
1 tablespoon ketjap manis |
1 clove garlic |
200 grams chicken livers |
1 onion |
400 grams green beans |
2 dl chicken stock with less salt |
Preparation
1. Clean and break the green beans once.
2. Clean and chop the onion very finely.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the onion glazed in it.
4. Squeeze the garlic clove on top.
5. Briefly fry the sambal and laos.
6. Add the green beans with the stock and stew for about 5 minutes until tender.
7. Cut the chicken livers into pieces.
8. Fry the chicken livers in the remaining oil for 5 minutes until brown and cooked.
9. Mix the chicken livers with the green beans and season with a little soy sauce.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with whole-wheat noodles.
