Andalusian green beans

295gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 tomatoes |
1 clove of garlic |
pinch of thyme |
3 sprigs of parsley |
1 tablespoon of olive oil |
15g raw ham |
400g green beans |
Preparation
1. Clean and cook the green beans in water with the thyme just until tender.
2. Clean the garlic and chop the clove small.
3. Skin the tomatoes and dice the flesh.
4. Fry the garlic in the oil until soft.
5. Add the tomato pieces and braise with them.
6. Cut the ham into strips and finely chop the parsley.
7. Drain the green beans and mix in the tomato mixture and ham. Sprinkle with the parsley.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with unsalted cashew nuts and potatoes.
