Andalusian green beans

295gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 2 | tomatoes |
| 1 clove | garlic |
| Knife tip | thyme |
| 3 sprigs | parsley |
| 1 tablespoon | olive oil |
| 15 g | raw ham |
| 400 g | green beans |
Preparation
- Clean the green beans and cook them in water with the thyme just until tender.
- Clean and chop the garlic clove.
- Skin the tomatoes and dice the flesh.
- Fry the garlic in the oil until soft.
- Add the tomato pieces and braise them.
- Cut the ham into strips and finely chop the parsley.
- Drain the green beans and mix in the tomato mixture and ham. Sprinkle with the parsley.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with unsalted cashew nuts and potatoes.
