Ingredients
2 persons
100 g cauliflower |
100 g winter carrot |
100 g green beans |
100 g sliced cabbage |
1 head of lettuce (approx. 200 g) |
1 tomato |
prawn crackers |
150 g brown rice |
50 g bean sprouts |
60 g ready-made satay sauce |
4 hard-boiled eggs |
Preparation
1. Cook the rice according to instructions on the packet.
2. Wash all vegetables and drain.
Divide the cauliflower into small florets. Slice the peeled carrot and cut the green beans into pieces of about 3 cm.
4. Bring plenty of water to the boil in a pan and cook the cauliflower, carrot, French beans and sliced (green) cabbage successively for about 3 minutes.
5. Drain the vegetables in a colander.
6. Place bean sprouts in a sieve and pour boiling water over them.
7. Meanwhile, make peanut sauce according to the instructions on the packet.
8. Line a dish with lettuce leaves. Lay the cooked vegetables and bean sprouts on top. Divide the sliced tomato and egg on top. Pour the peanut sauce on top. Sprinkle with crackers. Serve the rice separately. Enjoy your meal!
