Spicy green beans

240gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
| 1 tbsp oil |
| 1 tbsp serundeng |
| 2 spring onions |
| 2 sprigs parsley |
| 400g green beans |
| ½ red pepper |
| 1 clove garlic |
Preparation
1. Clean and break the French beans once. Cook the green beans for about 8 minutes until al dente.
2. Clean and chop the onion, pepper and garlic.
3. Wash and chop the parsley.
4. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil until soft. Briefly fry the pepper pieces with them.
5. Drain the green beans and mix them into the onion mixture.
6. Stir in the parsley and sprinkle with the serundeng.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with a fried egg and curry rice.
