Ingredients
2 persons
| 10 leaves | basil |
| 5 | olives without stone |
| ½ | press orange |
| 1 sachet (75 g) | rocket salad |
| 250 grams | cherry tomatoes |
| 1 tablespoon | oil |
| 1 clove | garlic |
| 1 teaspoon | mustard |
Preparation
- Squeeze the orange.
- Squeeze the clove of garlic over a bowl.
- Stir in the mustard and make a dressing with the orange juice and oil.
- Wash the vegetables and halve the tomatoes.
- Wash the basil and roughly tear the leaves.
- Halve the olives. Mix everything together.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with cubes of fried tofu with mushrooms and brown rice.
