Braised leeks

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
400 g | leeks |
1 tablespoon | olive oil |
1 | Stock cube |
Preparation
1. Clean the leeks and cut them into 5 cm pieces.
2. Clean the garlic and cut the clove into strips.
3. Fry the garlic with the thyme in the oil until fragrant.
4. Add the leeks and fry for a few minutes.
5. Add the stock and simmer the leeks for about 8 minutes.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with meatballs and potatoes.
