Creamy peas

220gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
400 grams frozen peas |
1 spring onion |
6 mint leaves |
2 tablespoons cooking cream |
1 tablespoon liquid margarine |
Preparation
1. Cook the peas in water for a few minutes until al dente.
2. Clean and ring the spring onion.
3. Fry the onion rings gently in the margarine.
4. Add the cooking cream and bring to the boil.
5. Add the peas and warm thoroughly.
6. Chop the mint small.
7. Season the dish with the mint and some pepper.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with schnitzel and mashed potatoes.
