1 tablespoon muesli without sugar |
½ press orange |
1 kiwi |
200 grams seedless grapes |
Preparation
This dessert with kiwi and grapes is easy to prepare and also delicious and healthy.
- If necessary, toast the muesli in a dry frying pan until golden yellow and crunchy.
- Squeeze half the orange.
- Peel and slice the kiwi.
- Wash the grapes and halve them.
- Mix the fruit with the orange juice and divide between 2 bowls.
- Sprinkle the muesli on top.
