Green beans with shallot dressing

225gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1-2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 teaspoon savory |
1 clove garlic |
2 shallots |
400 grams green beans |
1 tablespoon oil |
Preparation
1. Clean and break the green beans once. Cook the green beans for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
2. Clean and chop the shallots and garlic. Fry the shallots and garlic in the oil until glazy.
3. Stir in vinegar, pepper and savory from the heat.
4. Drain the green beans and spoon in the shallot dressing. Let the vegetables cool and the dressing infuse.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with a ham steak and potatoes.
