Italian-style green beans

200gr vegetables p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
teaspoon grated lemon peel |
8 basil leaves |
1 tablespoon (olive) oil |
1 clove garlic |
400 grams green beans |
Preparation
Clean the French beans. Cook the beans in a little water for about 6 minutes until al dente.
2. Clean and chop the clove of garlic. Fry the garlic in the oil until soft.
3. Drain the French beans well. Briefly stir-fry them with the garlic.
4. Wash the basil and tear off the leaves. Mix them into the beans.
5. Season the vegetables with the grated lemon peel.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with an omelette and baked (small) potatoes.
