Kiwifruit compote with cottage cheese

305gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
2 oranges |
25 g sultanas |
2 tablespoons fruit muesli |
150 ml low-fat cottage cheese |
2 kiwis |
200 g strawberries |
Preparation
1. Over a bowl, peel 2 oranges thickly. Cut the flesh into cubes. Squeeze out half the pulp and collect the juice, saving the pulp.
2. In a saucepan, bring the sultanas to the boil with the orange juice and simmer for about 3 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, peel and slice the kiwis.
4. Wash the strawberries, remove the crowns and cut into quarters.
5. Spoon the sultanas with 2 tablespoons of liquid into a bowl. Spoon in the kiwi, orange segments and strawberries.
6. In another bowl, stir the cottage cheese loose with 1-2 tablespoons of the sultana liquid. Spoon the kiwifruit compote into two wide bowls and divide the cottage cheese on top. Sprinkle the fruit muesli on top. Enjoy!
