Kohlrabi iceberg salad

255gr vegetables p.p. & 65gr fruit p.p.
Ingredients
2 persons
1 teaspoon honey |
½ tablespoon olive oil |
2 sprigs of mint |
4 leaves of iceberg lettuce |
2 kohlrabi |
½ lime |
1 orange |
Preparation
1. Peel the orange thickly and collect the juice. Cut the orange into cubes.
2. Wash the piece of lime and cut off some of the outer part of the peel. Cut the peel into fine strips.
3. Squeeze the lime.
4. Make a dressing from the lime juice, collected orange juice, honey and oil.
5. Peel the kohlrabi thinly and cut into small cubes or strips.
6. Wash the iceberg lettuce and cut the leaves into strips.
7. Wash the mint leaves and cut into strips.
8. Mix the vegetables with the dressing, lime peel strips and mint.
Menu suggestion: Delicious with a beef sausage and potatoes.
